This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P(MD)No.26966 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the order rejecting the ordinary leave passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Prison and Correctional Services, on 03.01.2024 in compliance of the direction of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication

in this contempt petition.

4.However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that against the rejection order dated 03.01.2024, the detenue has filed writ petition in W.P(MD)No.2110 of 2024. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
