ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on frivolous complaint. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as Commission Agent for sale and purchase of old heavy vehicles. He further submitted that one Satheesh, resident of Paramakudi, Ramnad District, approached him for sale of three of his vehicles and hence he has informed about the selling of the aforesaid vehicles to the proposed purchaser Arumugam. The said Arumugam has paid some amounts to the said Satheesh. He further submitted that said Satheesh agreed to hand over the documents relating to the aforesaid vehicles, but he did not hand over the said documents. He further submitted that on 17.01.2017 in the midnight four police personnels came to the petitioner's house and harassed him as he is dealing with the vehicles involved in theft cases and also frequently calling the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence the allegation that the petitioner was subjected to the harassment is false.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
