O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as a Security Supervisor in Bright Security Force and he was incharge in MBDL Wind Mill. On 05.11.2017, at about 10.00pm., he found that some copper cables worth about a sum of Rs.40,000/- have been stolen by some unidentified persons and hence, he gave a complaint before the second respondent, but, sofar no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
