ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against this petitioner.
