ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 12.03.2024 in W.P(MD)No.3033 of 2024 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that considering the order passed by this Court dated 12.03.2024, the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2023, was considered and the same was rejected by proceedings dated 12.12.2024.

3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.
