The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioner to stop the illegal construction of a ration shop in the place allotted for park and play ground was rejected. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the ration shop has already been constructed and it is functioning. The petitioner does not like to proceed further.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 08.09.2022 Index :
