ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.07.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Indira filed a suit against one Thunaimalai in O.S.No.397 of 2002, on the file of the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk and at the request of the said Thunaimalai, the petitioner gave her title deeds to produce the same in the aforesaid suit and accordingly the said Thunaimalai has produced the said documents in the said suit and got decree in her favour and thereafter when the petitioner made a request to return her documents, the said Thunaimalai refused to hand over the documents and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 30.07.2017, before the respondent, but, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed by directing the parties to approach civil Court and get appropriate remedy.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
