ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.205 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the police report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam on 07.07.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file. The copy of the final report was also placed before the Court.

3. In the light of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. Ultimately, if the final report is taken cognizance and process is issued to the petitioners and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
