ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner seeks implementation of the petition mentioned peace committee meeting resolutions. It has been held time and again that such decisions are not amenable to legal challenge. They are bereft of any statutory value or force. These are matters that will have to be decided elsewhere. A decision taken in peace committee meeting can never be enforced by the statutory authorities.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
