ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the Respondent while admitting the CMA., the court made the following order:- Heard.

2. This appeal is filed challenging the negligence and quantum and the appellant/Insurance Company has not disputed their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ liability.

3. Considering the above fact, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of his share in the deposited amount along with proportionate interest and cost, without filing any formal petition before the Tribunal.
