ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner, based upon the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was working in a private company at Dubai for the past ten years and he returned to India. He further submitted that the second respondent, who is introducing himself as Agent of the aforesaid company compelling the petitioner to go to Dubai to attend company work and also gave a false complaint to that effect and the first respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint which was given by the second respondent, after enquiry has been closed and hence the question of harassing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
