PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his agricultural properties in S.Nos.344/3A, 344/3C and 355/7C to the total extent of 3 1/2 Acres at Varavani Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 25.11.2019. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction tto direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his agricultural properties in S.Nos.344/3A, 344/3C and 355/7C to the total extent of 3 1/2 Acres at Varavani Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 25.11.2019.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the the complaint of the petitioner enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No. 351 of 2019 and during enquiry the respondents 3 to 5 have agreed to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief and based on which the said enquiry was closed.
