O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai to dispose of the S.T.C.No.1289 of 2012.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint was originally filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in S.T.C.No.343 of 2007. Subsequently, the same was transferred to Fast Track Court and renumbered as S.T.C.No.1289 of 2012 and same is pending for more than six years before the Fast Track Court, Madurai.

3.On perusal of the records, it could be seen that the matter has been adjourned from time to time for the one reason or other. 4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the case is pending for more than eleven years, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Madurai to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1289 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
