ORDER
Heard Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.R.Murugan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking disbursement of compensation due to her on the accidental death of her husband, viz., M.Paulraj, who was a construction worker under the scheme framed by the Constructions Workers Welfare Board. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the Learned Counsel for both sides that after filing of this Writ Petition, the First Respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3683/15 dated 30.11.2015 has made payment of Rs.92,000/- (Rupees Ninety Two Thousand only) as compensation to the Petitioner for the death of her husband in addition to a sum of Rs.10,000/- paid as funeral expenses earlier to her.
4. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. If the Petitioner is still has any grievance to be redressed, she is not precluded from working out her rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
