PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in R.C.No.55382/02 dated 16.12.2002 which was subsequently upheld by the second respondent vide in order No.Khadi Board Pt.No.37, dated 20.09.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to reinstate the petitioner into service in the post of 'Khadi Assistant Grade-III' along with all monetary and attendant benefits.

W.P.(MD)No.4400 of 2013 bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is closed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to move the legal heir petition. No costs.
