RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time for further period of 2 weeks to file recall Petition as per this Honourable High Court direction in Crl. O.P No.6925/2019 dated 08.05.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6925 of 2019, dated 08.05.2019, for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was suffering from severe viral fever, he was unable to file the recall petition within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to recall the petition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
