To allow this criminal revision and call for the records pertaining to judgment passed by Learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur dated 21.03.2019 in C.A.No.154 of 2013 confirming the Judgment of Learned Fast Track Judge, Srivilliputhur in S.T.C.No.97 of 2011 dated 11.10.2013 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of None appeared for the respondent either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment, dated 21.03.2019 made in C.A.No.154 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur. 2.Heard Mr.R.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

CRL MP(MD) No.846 of 2020 this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.3,00/- (Rupees Three hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
