This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey with respect to the subject property, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 08.10.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the survey has already been conducted on 27.01.2021.
