This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.5 and 6, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.162 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.
2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.224 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.
