This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has been sent through post and no complaint is received by the respondent police.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 04.08.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ receipt of a copy of this order.
