Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle a sum of Rs.55,07,116/- (Rupees fifty Five Lakhs Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixteen only) and security deposit of sum of Rs.6,56,000/- and retention amount of sum of Rs.
9,95,828/- along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum to and in favour of the petitioner for successful completion of the work namely providing CWSS to Vedasendur, Palayam, Oddenchatram, Kannivadi and Sriramapuram Special Village Panchayats with bulk provisions to 760 rural habitations in Dindigul and Karur Districts including maintenance of the scheme Package II 1) balance works in of collection well cum pump house and foot bridge 2) construction of pump room at Kattalai Head Works, 3) pumping main from Collector well to Jegathabi Booster Station I, 4) pumping main from Jegathabi Booster Station I to Palayam Booster Station II and allied works including maintenance for 12 months based on the communication of the third respondent in his proceedings in Lr.No.2/F.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for a Mandamus seeking for recovery of money.
2. According to the respective petitioners, they were contractors for the TWAD Board and payments were not made to them.
3. Today, Mr.R.Satheesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TWAD Board, has placed before this Court, proceedings of the TWAD Board dated 24.03.2022 under which the respondents have agreed that the payment will be made to the respective petitioners within a period of six (6) months. The said letter dated 24.03.2022 passed by the TWAD Board is taken on record by this Court.
4. In terms of the letter dated 24.03.2022 referred to supra, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
