Pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other writ or direction calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in P.D.No.112/2021 dated 03.09.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondnets to produce the body and person of the petitioner husband namely Umapathi S/o. Perumal age 36yrs now detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli and set him at liberty forthwith.

CRL MP(MD) No.721 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, one day extraordinary leave has been granted to the detenu to attend the 16th day ceremony of his father, which is falling on 23.01.2022.
2. We permitted the detenu to leave from the prison on 22.01.2022 at 05.00 p.m., with escort and after attending the 16th day ceremony on 23.01.2022 he shall report before the prison authority on 24.01.2022 at 09.00 a.m.,
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
