COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime Nos.37 and 36 of 2015 dated 14.04.2015 on the file of the respondent police, respectively. 2.The petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13889 of 2015 have been arrayed as accused in Crime No.36 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 147, 148, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. 3.The petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13703 of 2015 have been arrayed as accused in Crime No.37 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. 4.It is the case of case and counter. The allegations is that the petitioners in both the petitions attacked each other. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties are present and a joint compromise memo has been filed stating that the matter has been resolved amicably and it is was duly signed by both the parties.

5.Recording the memo of compromise, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the proceedings in Crime Nos.37 and 36 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, respectively, are quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
