Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4660 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2784 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
