RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6466 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11679 of 2020 dated 04/12/2020 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.THIRUVADI KUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6466 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11679 of 2020 on 04.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.1 of 2021 and the case stands posted for appearance of accused on 19.04.2021.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6466 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11679 of 2020 on 04.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m. until the case is committed to the Court of Sessions.
