ORDER

Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property comprised in S.F.Nos.64/17, 64/9 and 65/13A1C of Soodanipatti Village, Soorakudi Group, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District.

4. In order to effect partition of the petitioner's family properties, the petitioner has sought for survey. Since the boundaries stones are found missing, the petitioner has paid the prescribed fees on 12.11.2024 and 2/4

made an online application on the same day. The petitioner has also followed it up with a representation on 11.01.2025. The petitioner has also impleaded the adjoining neighbours as respondents 3 to 5.

In view of the above, it would be suffice to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a survey after giving an advance notice to both the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5. If necessary, the respondents 1 and 2 may seek the help of the local police for police protection. The concerned jurisdictional police shall provide all assistance to the respondents 1 and 2. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
