ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of surveying and demarcating the boundaries of the petitioner's property in S.No. 116/1B, S.No.116/6A and S.No.116/2B1 by considering the representation dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2/4

four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
