Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to disburse the outstanding amount of Rs.2,35,56,000/- to the petitioner based on the supply order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings H2/6295/2020 dated 11.05.2020 and based on the time extension order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings H2/6295/2020 dated 28.12.2020 for the month of July 2020 to February 2021 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2022 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum within a time frame fixed by this Court.
