This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime. No.628 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.628 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a short period.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.628 of 2024 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
