ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, he has directed the writ petitioners to approach the competent civil Court for declaration of title. In view of the order impugned in the writ petition, the eleventh petitioner herein had filed O.S.No.208 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Thanjavur as against the seventh respondent herein. The said suit was filed, seeking declaration of title and permanent injunction. The suit was decreed on 16.03.2018. Since the order impugned in the writ petition has already worked itself out, no further orders are required. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
