O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Vijayarani has filed a civil suit against the petitioner on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thenkasi and the said suit was dismissed for default and instead of taking steps to restore the said suit and conduct the said suit, the said Vijayarani gave a false complaint before the second respondent. Based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the said Vijayarani, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as it is civil in nature and the petitioner has not been subjected to any harassment.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
