RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit granted by this Honourable Court with regard to the execution of sureties in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.4334 of 2019 vide its order dated 15.04.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAMESH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4334 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the bail bond.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
