Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.VIJAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6840 of 2019 on 08.05.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6840 of 2019 on 08.05.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6840 of 2019 on 08.05.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
