RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an ORDER OF AMENDMENT to amend the Bail satisfactional court as Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rameswaram, instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram in the order dated 07.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4654 of 2020 in CRL RC(MD)No.517 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to amend the bail satisfactional Court as learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rameshwaram, instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram in the order dated 07.01.2021 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4654 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.517 of 2020.

2.Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already produced sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram while this petition is pending before this Court. The petitioner has unnecessarily filed the present petition before this Court for modification regarding the bail satisfactional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. As the petitioner has filed this petition unnecessarily, this Court is inclined to impose cost upon the petitioner and the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 11.02.2020.
