ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order issued by the second respondent herein, under which the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,10,686/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Six only) as difference in amount due to change in tariff.

2. According to the learned counsel for the respondent Board, pending writ petition, the petitioner has already deposited the said amount. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
