ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.801 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul and not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent and others, enquiry was conducted by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime Branch, Dindigul District and taking note of the fact that the civil suit is pending between the parties, 2/4

directed them to approach the competent civil Court and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the report submitted by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime Branch, Dindigul District before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
