This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai to taken on file relating to unnumbered charge sheet in Crime No.143 of 2007 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and expeditiously complete the committal proceedings relating to the said case within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the non bailable warrant is pending as against A5. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage.
