ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of enquiry by considering the petitioner representation, dated 02.01.2023 in accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that since the petitioner's son had eloped with a girl, an FIR in Crime No. 111 of 2022 came to be registered and for the same, investigation is pending. He would further submit that as of now, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner. 2/4
