O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.11.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's husband has developed illegal intimacy with one Priya and the said Priya along with three other persons trespassed into the petitioner's parents' house on 11.11.2017 and scolded her with filthy language and outrage the modesty of the petitioner and also snatched the Thali Chain weighing about 3 1⁄2 sovereigns and hence, a complaint was lodged by the petitioner, before the second respondent on 11.11.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has appeared before the second respondent and gave a written statement stating that no further action is required and based on the said request, further action has been dropped.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the said statement has been obtained forcibly.

5. If any such statement is obtained forcibly, it is open to the petitioner to initiate proceedings, which is available under the law.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
