The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this writ petition, he challenged the suspension order, dated 18.02.2013. This Court has granted interim stay on 26.03.2013. Based on the same, the respondents have revoked the suspension order and allowed the petitioner to join. Nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
