ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry and give necessary Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.10.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, both parties were directed to appear and at the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent has given statement that no further action is necessary, since the third respondent has agreed to return the amount on or before 25.11.2022; and that on the basis of the above statement, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has not complied with the earlier undertaking given by him and that the petitioner is constrained to file this present petition. 2/4
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2022, is pending before the second respondent.
5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2022 and take suitable action. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
