O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.566 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.566 of 2014 and the allegations against the petitioners is that they attacked the second respondent and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. Today, a joint compromise memo dated 20.07.2015 has been filed duly signed by the parties as well as the counsel stating that the proceedings may be quashed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

5. Considering the submissions made by both sides as well as the compromise reached in between the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant, this Court is inclined to record the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromise and quash the F.I.R. filed on the complaint of the second respondent. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R. in Crime No.566 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
