O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 01.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has received a money from the first proposed accused through Western Union and constructed a house on behalf of the first proposed accused person and also submitted the accounts with his parents. He further submitted that the first proposed accused, after returning from abroad, he is compelling the petitioner to make arrangements to marry the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

younger sister with him and hence, a complaint has been lodged on 01.01.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued and the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
