RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.9598 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.17173 of 2018 dated 23/11/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9598 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17173 of 2018 on 23.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date and the case has been charge sheeted.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9598 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17173 of 2018 dated 23.11.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
