PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.6495 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to relax the condition, which was imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6495 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the aforesaid order, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders, the petitioners from the date of executing the bond i.e. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from 15.05.2019, they have regularly complied with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that if the condition is not relaxed, the petitioners are faced heavy loss and hardship and therefore, the said relaxation petition has been filed. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has fairly conceded that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 15.05.2019 without any deviation.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
