The petitioner, with a grievance that his representation, dated 08.01.2020 for pension and other retirement benefits has not been considered by the respondents, has approached this Court. 2.Today(24.01.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's request has already been considered and it was rejected by a proceedings of the Deputy Director of Horticulture, Pudukkottai/the third respondent herein in A5/231/2020, dated 26.12.2024. A copy of the proceedings is placed before this Court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 26.12.2024 in the manner known to law. No costs.
