ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 to 6, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 354, 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on the file of Thenillai Police Station, Karur District. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had filed a status report through the Inspector of Police, K.Paramathi Circle, Thenillai Police Station, Karur District and had submitted that the investigation is still pending. 2/4

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
