Respondents Prayer:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.2252 of 2019, pending on the file of the third respondent police and transfer the same and entrust the investigation to the fourth respondent with direction to investigate the case in accordance with law and with a direction to conduct further investigation within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner being not satisfied with the investigation done in a proper manner has filed the petition seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.2252 of 2019, pending on the file of the third respondent police ato the fourth respondent. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner is that even after registration of the First Information Report, the respondents have not arrested the accused.
3.A status report has been filed before this Court, wherein it has been stated that on 24.01.2020, the third respondent has traced the accused persons 3 to 5, namely, Ravindran, Kalaiyarasi and Mahesh and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3
and still they are in judicial custody.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondents are conducting the investigation and fair manner. Three accused have been arrested recently and they are in judicial custody.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the investigation should be conducted in a proper manner and he would pray that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent. 6.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent in Crime No.2252 of 2019 and the third respondent shall complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
