ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the order passed in S.T.C.No.6089 of 2004 in Crl.M.P.No.7673 of 2006, dated 06.09.2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.07.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment. Thereafter, more than three occasions, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past three years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter. More over, the case is of the year 2015. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of the criminal original petitioner would not serve for any purpose.

4.In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
