O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.1.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 08.01.2018, the proposed accused persons trespassed into the petitioner's land and caused damages worth about Rs.10,000/- and also abused with filthy language and hence, the complaint was lodged on 09.01.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
